I don’t see the logic behind this. $600 is too low a limit; it’ll impact legitimate buyers. THe last thing you want in this economy is to stifle consumer behavior, even if it solves a few money laundering woes.

Despite the cloud revolution, I’ve steadfastly stuck by MS Office. All the online office tools I’ve tried – GDocs or Zoho – seem underpowered and just not intuitive enough. Call me a slave of habit, but I’m just so used to firing up MS Word or Excel that going online (or even offline) to start a new spreadsheet just comes across as unnatural.

It’ll take much more than a great product to get people to shift online. Office is something people have been so used to that I doubt it will ever fade away.

The issue isn’t 3D as such. When done right, it looks great. You must have watched Avatar (who hasn’t?) – that was good 3D. I could bear that. “UP” and “Megamind” were great in 3D as well, but these are animated movies, so making them into 3D isn’t really difficult

On the other side of the spectrum, there are movies like Clash of the Titans. That was absolutely HORRIBLE in 3D (and horrible even otherwise). It completely turned me off 3D.

Now they’re pushing 3D TVs and even 3D audio. Heck, there’s a 3D version of The Great Gatsby in the works (that sounds almost blasphemous). What next, a 3D version of GodFather?

Greta post.You’ve describe quite good how to enjoy a vacation if you are not traveling far away.Staying at home and visiting places in your city is a good plan , specially if you live in a big city. I will follow.

I am trying my friend.. I lived in (rented) nice houses for about 12 years. Then with my girlfriend, at the time, I bought into this townhouse. Knowing what I know now, I would have never done it (ever).

Trying to rework an upside down loan.. If is does not work out, I will try the short sell, followed by the ‘walk away plan’ if that falls through. I can take the credit hit (I know all about that business, to get around that).

I hope at least one person would head your warning (wish it was me)
